Spotfire Analyst - Allow several instances of Spotfire Analyst to write to the log file

Spotfire Analyst 10.3.2, only the last opened Spotfire Analyst is writing to the Dxp.SupportDiagnostics.log file.

It is impossible to collect information if the crash occurs for a Spotfire Analyst window other than the last one that has been opened. Valuable information is then gone. Could you please change this behaviour and allow simultaneous writing to the file or set up another solution?

    Hi Miguel,

    I am referring to a local installation. We had some cases where users had several Spotfire Analyst windows opened and the crash was not caught, as per today's mechanism, only the last Spotfire Analyst opened will write to the Dxp.SupportDiagnostics.log file. It was difficult / impossible to provide the relevant information to TIBCO Support to troubleshoot the origin of the crashes.

    I understand in your use case the Spotfire Analyst is executed in some application server environment (e.g. Citrix), right ?
