Please add function: show labels for devices outside limits

Dear developer,
in plots labels can be used. Currently, it's possible to show labels for
- all data sets
- marked rows
- none

We would like to show labels for
- values outside limits ( set of limits need to be selectable ( e.g. Prod, Spec, etc do not forget
user-added limits ) )
