Allow naming of data table at data import

In 10.3, loading data from a file no longer allows the author to name the data table - you get the name of the file plus the worksheet name if so. This was possible in all previous versions, and now one has to go into table properties to rename after the fact. This is inefficient, yet another task that the new version unnecessarily complicates.

 

Please allow us to name a data table at data import, again.
