Improved docked visualization properties UI with all settings available in both Desktop and Web Client

Today only a limited subset of all visualization properties are available in the web authoring client Business Author. This is limiting and all properties should be available in both client in a modern docked properties panel that does not obstruct the view of the visualization you are configuring.
