Spotfire data connector for Oracle 19C

Not a supported connector in Spotfire 10.3.*.  If previous Oracle connectors will not work we will need one for Oracle 19C as a data source.

    Many thanks for highlighting this need. It's in our direction to verify and add Oracle 19C support to the existing Oracle connector. Please feel free to test the connector with 19C and report any issues via support tickets.
