Enhancement Request for Node Manager restart/recycle when heartbeat update fails

The following will help to greatly reduce production downtime.  

Node Managers have issue updating heartbeat as load/traffic increase.
Within logs heartbeat failures occurs as load increases.
This results in having hanging webplayers which is not acceptable during production peak season.
Enchancement Request is for having counters or some means to control restart/recycle Node Manager heartbeat failures similar to a WebPlayer restart/recycle for STRAIN or EXHAUSTED resources.

    Hi Miguel,

    Thanks as this happens frequently during our peak seasons.
    Normally around 2.3 Gb and above this starts to happen.
