We have issues at the moment that our databases are quite busy at the point when jobs execute which causes timeout issues and as such the job has failed. Currently as end users we are unable to view or monitor our jobs execution state, this remains with our small admin team. Therefore we either need the ability for the job to retry (if certain error conditions are found, other errors you would not want to rerun like failed to attach) or an easy way for end users to monitor execution without being on all the mailing lists
