GeoAnalytics - Missing items - France

We test the new GeoAnalytics data (Geocoding data tables 2019-03-05), for FRANCE

For France Regions
- Since 4 years we have new region in France, that groups older ones

-> Can we keep the old name from Region and Region ISO2, but add 2 new colomns Region 2016, and Region 2016 ISO2.

For France Departments
- Same thing, add 2 new colomns Region 2016, and Region 2016 ISO2.

For France Postal Code
- Same thing, add 2 new colomns Region 2016, and Region 2016 ISO2.
- Can we add Department Code (60, 95, ...) ?
Why is it by City + Postal Code, and not just Postal Code ? we should have 1 line by Postal Code.

For France Cities
- Same thing, add 2 new colomns Region 2016, and Region 2016 ISO2.
- Can we add Department Name and Code (60, 95, ...) ?
We have sometime 2 same name city in the same region. So to have 1 city Name + 1 postal code helps
We use the INSEE code to have something unique by the groupe City + Postal Code. It could be usefull to add
