Better decimal point accuracy on color rule for column created through a custom expression

I have created a percentage value as part of a custom expression - and within the Formatting menu, this field has been setup as a "Percentage". When I create a new color rule using this column, it allows me to enter decimal based values into the rule (example: 0.75 for 75%) and the rule responds correctly. However, when I then view the rule, instead of it displaying "0.75", it displays "$1" - which is very confusing when reviewing the rules. I feel the rules should follow the formatting of the field.

Hello Grant, I also think this looks like a bug and I could not reproduce it. Therefore I will mark this idea as already existing.

Hi Grant, sorry for the untimely response. The behavior you describe seems like a bug, but I have tested using Spotfire 10.10 LTS and cannot see the described behavior.

If you still have this problem you may want to open a case with TIBCO support since, if I understand it correctly, it sounds like a bug.
