Spotfire Analyst - Make available library metadata information

I am looking for a quick and easy way to get the currently opened library analysis' metadata.

Thinking about the File -> Document properties (where one would look "naturally" look I think), the Library tab or the Properties tab, none of these tabs provide the information like what is available from Tools -> Library administration... Opening the Library administration tool would not be an efficient solution.

I was thinking about displaying all the library analysis' metadata information in a new tab under File -> Document properties (Library and Properties tabs are already crowded enough?).

Another use case which is not rare at all is when users share the Web Player URL or the link to open the analysis from Spotfire Analyst, the permissions on the folder containing the analysis could be a challenge for the persons getting the link.

A new license could be created with the purpose of allowing to display the permissions relevant for the opened analysis, and the possibility to copy the data and share it together with the link to the analysis. A new Permissions tab eventually?

This would remove user frustration and improve efficiency.
