In Organise Filters screen - show all tables collapsed by default

When the Organize Filters screen is first opened, all data tables are expanded, which means it's time consuming to scroll through the list if you have several data tables.

It would be much easier if the data tables were initially all collapsed

    To be honest: The whole dialogue is hideous. No drag/drop, no multiple select of columns, no "collapse/expand all tables" button etc. The dialogue needs a complete overhaul. Also not showing the hidden filters (as an option!) would be good to rearrange filters. Rearranging inside the filter panel is not a good option, the filters are too big there.
