the labels on bars are right aligned, but in the new version(10.3.9) they are centre

In the older version, the labels on bars are right aligned, but in the new version(10.3.9) they are centred (right aligned might be preferable). It would be nice, the labels on bars are right aligned. Can you please check and revert us back. Also we have raised TIBCO case "01878019" requested us to raise enhancement request.
