Include configuration blocks in links for reopening reports after errors

We have analyses that require configuration blocks in order to open in Web Player. The reports are normally launched from other applications, using the configuration block to pass contextual parameters which are then used to populate parameters to information links. Everything works as expected, until either an error occurs or the user session times out - at which point Spotfire presents the user with a page to ostensibly re-open the report. The problem is that the links shown to re-open the report don't include the original configuration block, which means that they don't work.

We also see problems if Spotfire automatically refreshes the report (I can't remember why this happens - I think something related to loss of connectivity while the report is open). The JavaScript code that refreshes the report does so without the configuration block, so the report fails to open.
