Support filtering schemes in Spotfire for Mac

Spotfire templates loaded in Spotfire for Mac are using filtering schemes that you can see in Spotfire Desktop, but there is no way to see which scheme each page is using and edit them through the mac interface.

    Spotfire 14.1 introduces a new filtering schemes panel to manage filtering schemes and allows displaying and switching filtering schemes from the filter panel in the web and Mac client.
