ERROR IN SPOTFIRE 10 - Cursor Point

For all properties with scroll bar, we are facing some issue with the mouse cursor (demonstraded in attachment) . It's a user experience issue and it's happing for all dashboards which contain any property and scroll bar. Probably something configured in spotfire 10 because this was not happing in spotfire 7.
