Add a Sort Data transformation where the user can specify which column(s) to sort by Merged

Having a data table sorted by specific columns after loading can simpIify subsequent steps such as calculated coulmns and pivot and join transformations

For example I am loading data from multiple sources using the add rows feature, but I then wish to sort the combined data table by specific column(s) as that then simplifies the calculated columns I need to add before doing further pivot/unpivot transformations and joins
