Needs API to undock Custom Panel

Currently, there is no API available to achieve the popover(dock/undock) of custom panel. And have a custom Panel where the Pin icon that docks/undocks the panel is missing. So this request is to have the ability to add dock/undock icons to custom panels to drag our custom panel to float.
