Use Spotfire Mods without HTTPS certificate

Make it possible to use Spotfire Mods with HTTP.

When Spotfire is used inside an organization's network it's common to use HTTP rather than HTTPS (that is required to use mods in web clients), since there is no need of the security provided by HTTPS and certificates comes with a cost and potentially extra work.

    Since TIBCO Spotfire 11.4 LTS, HTTPS is no longer a requirement for using Mods in Spotfire web clients.
