Multiple color axes in visualization mods

Add the ability to define additional color axes to be used with a visualization mod. This is very useful when you want to color more than one axis in a visualization. The additional color axes should have the same configuration options as the standard color axis.

    Example - making box plot with scatter plot overlay. Want to be able to color boxes and scatter plot points with different color axis. Can do it now but one of them has to be non "color axis" which means we loose the tibco functionality/flexibility for setting colors on that axis. Would be great to allow multiple color axes.
