Give back the DXP Analyst Option : Allow authoring in web clients

Some DXP file needs to be un-editable buy Business Author users.

In 7.8 we could un check the option "Allow authoring in web clients" in the Document Properties. We lost the function in v10.

User can't alreay modify what is in "DashBoard" folder (they have a special one to work in). But some DXP a so complex, that we don't want them to be able to edit it, and see Calculated colomns, query used, etc....
