routing to another web player if specified one is offline

Currently if routing an analysis to Web Player 1, then this analysis will always be open on Web Player 1. If Web Player 1 is offline then this analysis can not be open.


Please add option to route analysis to second Web Player if the first one is offline, to make sure analysis is always available to end users.
