Custom theme option to change the color of the menu bar at the top in Tibco Spotfire

The default color on menu bar is light blue with grey text. One of our customer reported having difficulty reading the light blue top menu background with grey text. Edit custom theme does not have a option to change the color on menu bar.
It would be nice to have a Custom theme option to change the color of the menu bar at the top in Tibco Spotfire.
