add option to disable embedding data connection & data source in analysis

Please add option to disable embedding data connection & data source in analysis, in order to prevent end users from editing data connection settings(which database to connect to, login credential, which tables to load data from, which columns to load data from, etc).


So the end users can only use predefined data connection that are shared in library to load the data they are allowed to load.


Currently, end users can open a data connection from library and embed it into analysis to make it editable.
