Add option to Exclude instead of Include the selected values in a filter column

We've had multiple requests from our customers for an easy way to exclude one or two column values from a filter. Currently there are no options for filter list boxes. Adding the ability to indicate whether to include or exclude the selected values would make filtering more flexible and usable.
