Optionally turn off expression heuristics for color axis

Mods need a color axis in order to respond properly to marking, but the most common use case for all visualizations does not always involve coloring by an expression.

It would be good to be able to turn off the expression heuristics for the color axis in the same way that it's possible to turn it off for other axes using the automaticConfiguration property in the mod manifest. This will save users who do not want to color by anything some time.
