Implement connector for Azure Data Explorer (ADX) in Spotfire

ADX is part of Kepler whose backend is Snowflake.ADX is microsoft's data warehouse technology which has live high frequency data. Users are highly interested to leverage this opportunity to be able to see live data on a Spotfire analysis by able to connect to ADX data source in Spotfire
