add option to show notification if TERR script is executed on server (either TERR service or TSSS)

Please add option to show notification if TERR script is executed on server side (either TERR service or TSSS), also a switch to show it or not(some users maybe don't want it).

There are 2 places to control if TERR script should be executed on server side or locally on Analyst, and (2) takes precedence over (1).

(1) Options -> Data Functions => Use locally installed TERR

(2) Data -> Data Function Properties => Edit Parameters => Force Server/

Force local/Default

Customer finds it difficult to notice that (2) is configured "Force server" despite he is supposed to turn on (1) in order to run script locally.

Runing script on server side brings huge performance impact on TERR service/TSSS, especially when script is using huge data and execution fails due to some reason.

Also (2) is configured on script basis so user has to open each script to verify that. It's a time-consuming work.

So please add option to show notification(either Info or Warn) to tell user that which scripts are executed on server side when using Analyst, and make a swith to turn this notification on or off because some users maybe don't want it.
