Provide a function to organize tags in Tag Panel

It is nice if Tag Panel could provide a menu calls "Organize tags" let user to hide unrelated data tables and tags like "Organize filter" in Filter Panel.

Backgroud of request; It is confusing for template users if there are many data tables and tags shown in tag panel. Above function could allow tempate authors to create a neat and easy to use tag panel.

    This is related to TS-I-6308, perhaps the ideas could be combined. I agree it would be very useful to have this functionality.
