show cpu and memory usage on the same level in "Monitoring & Diagnostics" page

Currently in "Monitoring & Diagnostics' page, CPU and memory usage is shown for each services(instances).


However, the CPU and memory usage are measured on different level,


(1) Web Player & Automation Service: CPU and memory usage is for the process only (process level)


(2) TERR service & Python service: CPU and memory usage is for the whole system (OS level)


Customer finds this confusing. please make them on the same level,e.g. either all be on process level or all be on OS level.
