Show all records in related table even if "Include Filtered Rows Only" is selected

When in table_A using "Filtering in table_B" and selecting "Include filtered rows Only", Spotfire dooes an inner join even if there is no filter applied.

If there is no filter applied in table_B, it would great to be able to see all records on table_A even if "Include Filtered Rows Only" is selected.
