inconsistent behaivour when using <a href=#> in client and webplayer

I am using a document with large height and using html anchors to navigate to different sections of the page. Works fine in client but not webplayer

Webplayer shows a page not found when clicking this type of links but not on the Client.

It would be nice to have them work properly
