Lets say we have a table with columns ca, c1,c2,c3,c4,etc.
if column is too wide then when export to pdf, columns are splitted into multiple pages, e.g. ca,c1,c2 in page1 and c3,c4,etc in page2.
Customer wants to always show ca in all pages, e.g. ca,c1,c2 in page1, and ca,c3,c4 etc in page2.
