proxy map tiles to consumer clients

Currently, both WP server and consumer clients must be configured to be able to connect to TIBCO's map server, in order to utilize map layer correctly.

We understand WP server will download manifest from TIBCO's map server and consumer clients will download actual map tiles(images) from the same server.

Some of our customers enforce strict restriction on network environment where spotfire server and analyst are installed.

We hope to proxy map tiles through web player, i.e. web player downloads all map tiles and distributed to whichever consumer client requests for it, hence consumer clients don't need to access TIBCO's map server, in order to reduce network complexicity.
