no need to have the removal message of the credentials timeout in the login dialog of data sources

If a developer is using "User authentication", it is expected to get the login dialog along with the removal time message depending on the credentials timeout mentioned.

    developers complain about the removal timeout message of the credentials. please do not include this message in the next releases of Spotfire.
