All the listed values in a listbox (within an text area) are ordered just alphanumerical based on the values itself. It would be great to have a feature to select a column for order by.
Currently a workaround is needed to show the values ordered in a better way. That will be an huge increase of useability.

That is not exactly my requirement, but I see your point. Maybe it's worth to create a new Idea with your usecase, because it can be really helpful.
Honestly, I just want to be able to sort a listbox with dates in reverse. I know I can use the sliders, but when you only expect one date to be selected, and most of my other filters are listboxes, it is just easier to make the date field a listbox for consistency. But, the most frequently selected dates are the most recent which are always at the bottom.
So, please allow us, at the very least, to sort ascending or descending.
