show alternative row color for those cells not matching any defined color rules

Customer would like to show alternative row color for those cells not matching any defined color rules.


This can be achieved by deleting "All other values" and "Empty values" rules from color settings however this is not possible yet.


Please also allow to delete these 2 rules if possible.
