Please add version history function to Library Administration in Analyst

Function to manage version history of library contents was added in Ver 12.0, but this function is available only on Web Admin UI. Please add this function to Library Administration in Analyst as well.

    The "Version history" function requires management options such as creation options and retention cycles.
