Provide alternate authentication standards for WMS layer(s) in Spotfire mapcharts

Currently Spotfire only provides basic authentication for WMS layer integration, however, many organisations are moving away from basic authentication for more secure options and are embracing standards such as SAML or OpenID Connect (OIDC).

The requested idea cites the WMS connection settings (within Spotfire mapcharts) would be extended to use federated auth (for example, either through SAML/OIDC pass-through or similar to the SFDC connector).

As an example use-case, a popular WMS source within many organisations is ArcGIS. ArcGIS Enterprise portal supports both SAML and OIDC, but not standalone ArcGIS Server - which requires federation into (ArcGIS) portal. To provide this, Spotfire would need to connect to ArcGIS Enterprise portal to consume web services.
