enforce numerical representation of the decimal Merged

Our international organisation has different language settings in local machines, and in the servers. This leads to confusion with the use of the decimal point or comma.
Can in the presentation of the report a setting be added to enforce the decimal notation, no matter what the language settings of the presenting system are?

    As an example here you have two snippets from webpage reports that are both used within another report. Since we are looking at dates that are clear in showing what can be mont and what date that seems quite OK, but please think of 11-1-2022 and 1-11-2022. You tell me what date that is?

    As a complement, more and more companies are using Cloud, where one has little or no controll of the language settings, meaning there is no controll over the representation in report. Also there should be full control of the interpretation of the source.
