Should be very useful to size width with the mouse (today I need to add a line with enter), get more text functions (bold, italic, ....), and mainly be able to define transparency. Annotation is the only "visual" that can overlay other visuals. If we have transparency could be very efficient to link legend with a "specific annotations" so we will be able to place legend everywhere!
