DocumentChanged/DocumentClosing trigger needs to fire when template fails to open ...

We need to detect the case when a template fails to open in WebPlayer ... We were expecting that "DocumentChanged" and "DocumentClosing" triggers would be fired when document fails to open in webplayer for any reason. Unfortunatly, this is not the case!

We need a trigger that can be used to detect template opening failure ... ideally DocumentClosing/DocumentChange wiould be fixed to fire in such cases.
