Allow a Shortcut to a dxp as a Library Object type

Reports are often embedded within nested sub-folders and providing users with a collection of links is often best achieved by building a report (dxp) that is essentially a series of links to other reports. So a report that contains a single page called "Report Index" (say) and a text area full of links.

It would be useful to be able to setup a folder that contains a series of hyperlinks (shortcuts) to reports, so that they can all be maintained in one place and links can be updated when reports move. So essentially a new object type that can be stored in the library called a "report link".

Although permissions to the reports themselves would still need to be maintained, it would allow report authors to better manage collections of reports for user groups.
