Add ability to filter Vertical or Horizontal Lines from Data Table (in Lines & Curves)

Currently there is an ability to add vertical or horizontal reference lines from a data table for a visualization (in the Lines & Curves tab of the visualization properties dialog). For instance, if I was plotting time based production data for a well, I could plot reference lines from a difference data table that show the dates of well interventions using this functionality. However, the feature ignores filtering, and all lines are always displayed, regardless of the filtering that is used. So in the example above, all well interventions for all wells would be displayed, regardless of the filtering used on the wells. If the filtering was set to a single well, all wells' intervention reference lines would be shown on the plot.

It would be very helpful to just show the filtered values from the data table rather than every value. In my opinion, this should be the default behavior of the feature.
