Connector for Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services to support tabular models with DAX querying

Currently the Spotfire connector for Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services works well with multidimensional models (using MDX queries). To handle tabular models more efficiently, the connector should push down DAX queries from visulizations and filters in Spotfire. Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) is the native query and formula language for SQL Server Analysis Services tabular models.
