First of, I find the Kanban Board Mod very interesting as it can leverage qualitative information very well. However I struggle a little bit to leverage Quantitative information as currently no sorting is possible. Would it be possible to consider adding a variable to sort information vertically?
It could enrich the actual Kanban Board with for instance a sorting on qualitative priorities (high/medium/low) or by sorting another dimension like Total Hours needed (for a development) or Total Costs for each title column. It could help a lot to prioritize and benefit fully from the Kanban mindset in one visual.

The Kanban Board visualization was not developed by TIBCO. I would suggest to submit you idea directly to the Mod developer, on the GitHub repo here: https://github.com/hski-github/spotfire-kanban
