If one exports library from a Spotfire environment with library compression enabled, then imports it into a a Spotfire environment with library compression disabled, the imported library items won't work (imported files are deemed corrupted).
The known work around is to use config.bat export-library-content command and with option -c false to do the export.
Customer hopes Spotfire can recognize if the exported content is compressed or not and import it accordingly, to make sure it always works even it is exported as compressed.
