File load dialog needs to show total elapsed minutes

I am debugging several files and want to know how long they take to open. The file open dialog gives me a running tally of each operation but no summation of the total elapsed time. This requires me to pay attention for the entire load, and I'd rather be doing productive work.

The load dialog needs to show the totalk elapsed time up top.
