I would like to limit the ability to pan and zoom beyond certain extents on the map. This is needed to avoid users getting lost on the map.
It should be possible to specify the extents that should be allowed both through API and user configuration, and when the limits are enabled it should not be possible to pan or zoom outside the limits.
