Expose Spotfire IronPython Engine for External IDE Use Merged

Goal
Write and test code against Spotfire IronPython.

Current State
There is a reference on how to develop in external IDE; however, it is out of date (written for v7.10 vs. current v12.x) and IronPython API has changed since then.

Further, it is only useful for autocomplete and syntax check, and not test.

Ideal State
Ability to attach the IronPython .exe included in Spotfire as the Python engine in IDE.

Using actions within visual analytics provides extensive options for carrying out tasks and enhancing workflows across all analytic elements, spanning from visualizations to data.
