add an option to turn on/off "Close when finished" in "Open from Library" progress dialog

Please add an option to turn on/off "Close when finished" in "Open from Library" progress dialog in Tools=>Options or elsewhere.


It is turned on by default, if we want to turn this off, we have to find a very large dxp to make the progress dialog being shown longer. Mostly the dialog disappears too quick to change this because the progress is generally fast.
